Aurora Hotel Klaipeda

Our apartmet room was spacious and clean with windows to port side so kids were happy to see ships and trains coming and going. During the night there was no noise from street and other rooms. In breakfast there was a wide range of foods for all tastes. Restaurant menu was also good. Small play corner for kids was also nice to have. Parking in front of the hotel so no worries about that too. 2 min from new ferry terminal.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, it was great value for money, the breakfast was enjoyable, good location and friendly staff. Everything was as described - enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the sights of the docks and trains coming and going.

Location is not the central one, but depends what you need :) this is just in front of the new ferry port (you can use it by car, by bike or by foot as well). Room was simple, but very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable with cozy beddings. The view through the window was to the city side, but we were in 7th floor, so we definitely could see a part of lagoon and some going ships. Since we came very late at night, so we were happy, that reception is working all night! In the morning, they serve a nice breakfast at the lobby - not so big variety, but you really can find what to eat, even if you are a vegetarian ;) and I really liked a disposable cups near the coffee machine - it's always a good idea to grab one more coffee/tea, after your breakfast - even if you are going out, or just returning to your room. In general - perfect place to stay for one/couple of nights for leisure in surrounding areas! And really very value for money -for what you get - clean room with comfy beds and breakfast included! :)

Clean, location close to ferry, close to fast food and shops, close to Kursiu spit and quick to get there, very nice and tasty breakfast

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We needed to overnight in Klaipeda after arriving by ferry and before onward travel the next day. This hotel was fabulous, better than our expectations. We had a light meal at the restaurant that evening, and the breakfast, the next morning was very good, with something for everyones taste. It was included in the tariff rate. The price we paid for the room was good. All, in all, a great hotel, which we would use again. Walkable distance from the DFDS Ferry departure / arrivals. Room was lovely, lounge was lovely. The Art Deco style skylight in the entrance hall was gorgeous. Good choice.
